Is there a minimum quantity?
No. We can make a single piece. For larger quantities the price per unit goes down — tell us how many you need and we'll do the maths.
How long does it take?
It depends on the service and the quantity, but we count the lead time from the moment you approve the mock-up. If you have a set date, tell us right away in your request.
Which files should I send?
Ideally, your logo in vector format (AI, PDF, SVG or EPS). A good-resolution image works too. If all you have is an idea or a sketch, we'll design it.
Do I see the result before you produce it?
Yes. We always send you a mock-up to approve. We only move on to production once you give us the "ok".
Do I have to choose the item from the catalogue?
It isn't compulsory. If you're not sure which to choose, tell us what it's for and we'll help you find the right piece.
Do you ship anywhere in Portugal?
Yes, we ship by courier anywhere in Portugal. You can also collect your order from the studio.
