2. What the website is for
The website presents QUIT'ARTE's services, lets you ask for quotes and has ashop with pieces we make ourselves. Asking for a quote does not commit you to anything. No payments are made on the website: shop purchases are paid by MB WAY, bank transfer, cash on delivery or on hand delivery (section 5).
3. Quotes
- The quote is based on the information you send us (piece, quantities, sizes, files). If that information changes, the quote may change.
- Each quote is valid for TO BE FILLED IN.
- Prices, lead times, delivery method and payment terms are set out in the quote, in writing.
- Payment: TO BE FILLED IN.
4. Custom orders
- Before production, we send you a mock-up. Production only starts once you approve it. Check texts, colours, sizes and quantities carefully: what you approve is what we produce.
- Colours on screen may differ slightly from the final colours, because of the screen and the material or technique used.
- As the pieces are made to your specifications and with your own elements, the law provides that in these cases there is no right to return them without giving a reason (the so-called 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases). This does not affect your rights if the piece is defective (section 6).
5. Shop purchases
- Prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery charge for each delivery method is shown before you confirm your order: Hand delivery — free; MB WAY / Bank transfer — €4.99 (free over €45.00); Cash on delivery — €9.99.
- When you press "Order with obligation to pay" you place an order. You receive an email with the summary and the order number.
- MB WAY or bank transfer: we email you the payment details; the order is sent once we receive payment, which must be made within TO BE FILLED IN. Cash on delivery: you pay the courier. Hand delivery: you pay on delivery.
- Shipping time after payment: TO BE FILLED IN.
- Right of withdrawal: for shop purchases you have 14 days from the day you receive the order to cancel without giving a reason. Just tell us by email (qquit.arte@gmail.com) and return the piece unused within 14 days. We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days. The cost of returning the piece is yours to pay.
- This does not apply to pieces made to a quote, to your specifications or with your own elements (section 4).
6. Defects and guarantee
If a piece arrives with a production defect or differs from the approved mock-up, contact us with photos. We ask you to do so within TO BE FILLED IN of receiving it, so we can sort it out faster — this does not reduce the rights the law gives you. In the event of a defect, we will remake the piece, fix the problem or refund the amount paid, under the law on consumer goods guarantees.
7. Files and copyright
- By sending logos, images or texts for personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use them (for example, that the brand is yours or that you have permission).
- We may refuse work with content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the designs and mock-ups we create are used only for your order. We may show photos of the work in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to.
8. Website content
The texts, logo and design of this website belong to QUIT'ARTE and may not be copied without permission. Some photos come from free stock image libraries (Unsplash) and are used under their licence.
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but there may be errors. Links to other websites (supplier catalogues, social media) are provided for your convenience; we are not responsible for the content of those websites.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
- You can make a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico).
- In the event of a consumer dispute, you can turn to the alternative dispute resolution body: TO BE FILLED IN. More information on the Consumer Portal (Portal do Consumidor).
